My Uncabled Step Sock Pattern has been released! I am so excited for this one! I hope you like it!
And here is a great Recipe of mine which we have now made twice, both differently but still just as good, so I thought I would share it!
Pesto Pepperoni Pasta
1 cup of sliced pepperoni (I used Turkey Pepperoni)
1 tbsp minced garlic
2-3 cups of uncooked pasta (I used Gluten Free Catelli Fusilli Pasta)
4 tbsp Pesto sauce
Other ingredients also good in this recipe
1. Cook pasta to desired tenderness
2. While pasta is cooking, diagonally slice up pepperoni
3. toss into a frying pan the pepperoni, and other fresh ingredients you wish to add, and saute together until heated and or slightly browned, because the pepperoni is already processed, it doesn't need to be cooked.
4. when pasta is cooked, drain and add 4 tbsp of pesto, and mix, at this point you can either mix in all the other ingredients as well, or serve separately on your plate
